    Sunday 3 June | Snafu | 10pm | £5

Be quick if you want to win a pair of tickets for this one, details below…

The Dirty Hearts Club is back with a Jubilee special, and whatever your thoughts on old Lizzie, it looks like a decent party:

Excellent Edinburgh electronica/guitar outfit Discopolis play live;  with a fine line in floaty, swirly, synth-laden tunes, the band also recently put out a well-received remix of a Little Kicks song.  Round here, everyone knows that The Little Kicks‘ frontman is Steven Milne, who also happens to be the DJ behind the Dirty Hearts Club, so there’s some synergy right there.

OK, to win a pair of tickets to the show, simply answer this question:

Which track by The Little Kicks have Discopolis recently remixed?

…and email it to info@thekiosque.com under the heading “Dirty Hearts Club Comp“  before 12noon on Saturday 2 June, after which we’ll be in touch with the winner.  That’s really soon, so get on it…

To get you in the mood, here’s a wee DHC mix that Mr Milne did earlier this week.  It starts with Donna Summer (RIP) and ends with Django Django, which sums up the club pretty well…
